Introduction: The Java Been coffee shop rebranding project served as the culminating achievement of my Graphic Design degree. This endeavor entailed a comprehensive transformation of the coffee shop's identity, including the redesign of the logo, website, and the creation of various collateral materials. From packaging to merchandise and social media posts, this project showcased my ability to breathe new life into a brand.
Project Overview: My capstone assignment was to revamp the entire identity of Java Been coffee shop, aligning it with modern design sensibilities and creating a consistent visual language. The multifaceted project encompassed the reimagining of the logo, the redevelopment of the website, and the design of a wide range of collateral materials. It was an opportunity to apply and demonstrate the skills acquired during my Graphic Design degree.
Design Process:
Logo Redesign: The heart of the rebranding lay in the redesign of the coffee shop's logo. The objective was to create a modern, memorable mark that would resonate with the target audience and reflect the essence of Java Been.
Collateral Creation: I extended the rebranding across various collateral materials, including packaging for coffee products, merchandise such as mugs and T-shirts, and engaging social media posts. Each piece was meticulously designed to maintain brand consistency and captivate the coffee shop's audience.

Challenges and Solutions: The main challenge was to create a brand that seamlessly blended modernity with the warmth and familiarity associated with coffee shops. This required striking a balance between innovation and tradition, ensuring that the rebranding resonated with existing customers while attracting new ones.
Results: The Java Been coffee shop rebranding project successfully breathed new life into the brand. The redesigned logo, website, packaging, merchandise, and social media presence collectively contributed to a refreshed and cohesive identity. While the project was a capstone assignment, it demonstrated the practical application of my Graphic Design education.
